Having been a licensed general contractor for the past 12 years in the Charlotte region, Barry and his team at Gant Design & Build have typically focused on exterior additions.

Over the years, our customers have often asked us if we would also design and remodel the inside of their homes and we just had not moved in that direction. It seemed a challenge to complete indoor work without inconveniencing customers. The traditional design and build model did not appreciate the great level of inconvenience when living in a construction zone.

We learned about 3 Day Kitchen and Bath remodeling system when they were featured in a book about lean processes. We were completely blown away by the remodeling system they developed. It is a proven and time-tested system. No more months of being inside the home inconveniencing customers. We can get in and get out in a matter of days. It is an amazing remodeling experience for the customer and contractor and, as a customer focused designer, one that our team can align with.
